The Back of the Yards College Prep Bobcats basketball team scored 49 points and held the host Gage Park Fighting Owls to 47 in the Bobcats league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bobcats now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Goode STEM Academy for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 19. Back of the Yards College Prep will meet a Knights team coming off a 43-30 league win over Ace Tech/Amandla (Chicago, IL). The Knights record now stands at 5-4.

The Fighting Owls now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Kelly for a Chicago Public - Blue Central outing on Thursday, December 14. Gage Park will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 90-19 league loss to Horizon Science Academy-Southwest (Chicago, IL). The Trojans record now stands at 6-2.
