The Pilot Point Bearcats basketball team (Pilot Point, TX), was toppled 66-48 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Bells Panthers (Bells, TX)
The Panthers now possess a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Leonard for a 3A Region II District 11 battle on Tuesday, December 19. Bells will confront a Tigers team coming off a 60-40 non-league win over Bland (Merit, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 9-6.
The Bearcats (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against Archer City (Archer City, TX). The Wildcats come into the non-league battle with a 3-8 record. In their last battle, Archer City was toppled by Iowa Park (Iowa Park, TX), 52-51, in a non-league battle.
