Mountain View Mavericks (Meridian, ID) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Bishop Kelly Knights (Boise, ID), 60-55 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Mountain View upgrades its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Mavericks travel to Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas, NV) to play the Gaels in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 27. The Gaels come into the bout with a record of 5-0.

Next up, the Knights play the Eagle Mustangs (Eagle, ID) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 28. Bishop Kelly will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record.
