Alabama High School Basketball - Brantley can't hold off Highland Home

The Highland Home Flying Squadron basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the visiting Brantley Bulldogs to 54 in the Flying Squadron non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Flying Squadron now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Greenville for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 14. Highland Home will battle a Tigers team coming off a 80-52 non-league loss to Calhoun (Letohatchee, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 2-9.
The Bulldogs (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Shields (Beatrice, AL). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Shields edged Clarke County (Grove Hill, AL), 47-42, in a non-league contest.
