The Buffalo Grove Bison basketball team (Buffalo Grove, IL), was nudged 42-35 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Maine West Warriors (Des Plaines, IL)
The Warriors now possess a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Highland Park for a Central Suburban - North battle on Friday, December 15. Maine West will confront a Giants team coming off a 48-40 non-league win over Lake View (Chicago, IL). The Giants record now stands at 4-4.
The Bison (5-4) will now prepare for their battle against Elk Grove (Elk Grove Village, IL). The Grenadiers come into the Mid-Suburban - East battle with a 1-8 record. In their last battle, Elk Grove was nudged by Cary-Grove (Cary, IL), 44-34, in a non-league battle.
