North Hills Indians (Pittsburgh, PA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Butler Golden Tornado (Butler, PA), 73-71 in a non-league bout.

With the win, North Hills upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Indians travel to Shaler Area (Pittsburgh, PA) to clash with the Titans in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 16. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 5-0. Shaler Area won 66-25 in their recent non-league bout against Sto-Rox (McKees Rocks, PA)

Next up, the Golden Tornado clash with the Franklin Regional Panthers (Murrysville, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 15. Butler will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 4-0 record after their 60-45 non-league win over Hempfield Area (Greensburg, PA).
