The Pope John Paul II Jaguars (Slidell, LA) basketball nipped the host Doyle Tigers (Livingston, LA), 56-50 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Jaguars (8-4) will now prepare for their test against Albany (Albany, LA). The Hornets go into the non-league test with a 7-3 record. In their last test, Albany was tipped by GEO Next Generation (Baton Rouge, LA), 57-54, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Dutchtown for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 12.
