Illinois High School Basketball - Mt. Olive nudges Dupo

Mt. Olive Wildcats (Mt. Olive, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Dupo Tigers (Dupo, IL), 44-40 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Mt. Olive upgrades its record to 2-8 on the season. The Wildcats travel to North Greene (White Hall, IL) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 21. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 1-6.
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Steeleville Warriors (Steeleville, IL) in a Cahokia - Kaskaskia bout, on Wednesday, December 13. Dupo will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 4-2 record after their 44-29 non-league win over Okawville (Okawville, IL).
