The KIPP Columbus Jaguars basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Elgin Comets to 61 in the Jaguars non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Jaguars now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Madison Plains for a non-league contest on Friday, December 22.

The Comets (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against North Baltimore (North Baltimore, OH). The Tigers enter the Northwest Central contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, North Baltimore ran past Crestline (Crestline, OH), 46-39, in a non-league contest.
