The George Rogers Clark Cardinals basketball team scored 83 points and held the visiting Harrison County Thorobreds to 50 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cardinals now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pike County Central for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. George Rogers Clark will meet a Hawks team coming off a 69-67 non-league loss to Magoffin County (Salyersville, KY). The Hawks record now stands at 1-2.

The Thorobreds (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Madison Southern (Berea, KY). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 2-1 record.
