Kingston Cougars (Cadet, MO) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Herculaneum Black Cats (Herculaneum, MO), 77-27 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Kingston upgrades its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Grandview (Hillsboro, MO) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 14. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 1-7.

Next up, the Black Cats play the Northwest Lions (Cedar Hill, MO) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 15. Herculaneum will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Lions come into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 64-43 non-league loss to Mehlville (St. Louis, MO).
