The North Community Polars basketball team scored 90 points and held the visiting Hiawatha Collegiate to 65 in the Polars league triumph on Tuesday.

The Polars now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South St. Paul for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. North Community will meet a Packers team coming off a 77-76 non-league win over Park (Cottage Grove, MN). The Packers record now stands at 2-0.
