The Sands Mustangs (Ackerly, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Highland Hornets (Roscoe, TX), 74-25 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Mustangs (8-4) will now prepare for their test against All Saints Episcopal School (Lubbock, TX). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 16-1 record. In their last test, All Saints Episcopal School walloped Hale Center (Hale Center, TX), 65-58, in a non-league test.

The Hornets now own a 5-10 record. They play next when they host Paint Creek for a non-league test on Friday, December 15.
