In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Mapleton Mounties basketball team scored a good 73-56 triumph over the Rittman Indians.
In their next game, the Mounties meet the St. Paul Flyers (Norwalk, OH) in a Firelands match, on Friday, December 15. Mapleton will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record. The Flyers enter the match with a 0-1 record after their 73-40 non-league loss to Margaretta (Castalia, OH).
With the defeat, Rittman moves to 2-2 on the year. The Indians travel to Hillsdale (Jeromesville, OH) to meet the Falcons in a Wayne County match on Friday, December 15. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 1-0. Hillsdale won 65-38 in their recent non-league match against Tuslaw (Massillon, OH)
