In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Weatherford Kangaroos (Weatherford, TX) basketball squad nipped the host Northwest Texans (Justin, TX), by a margin of 53-50.
The Kangaroos (10-5) will now prepare for their outing against Crowley (Crowley, TX). The Eagles go into the 6A Region I District 3 outing with a 5-7 record. In their last outing, Crowley was tipped by Duncanville (Duncanville, TX), 79-58, in a non-league outing.
