With the victory, Thomas More Prep-Marian upgrades its record to 1-5 on the campaign. The Monarchs host Central Plains (Claflin, KS) to play the Oilers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 15. The Oilers come into the bout with a record of 3-1. Central Plains won 57-26 in their recent non-league bout against Plainville (Plainville, KS)

Next up, the Plainsmen play the Smith Center Redmen (Smith Center, KS) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 15. Oakley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Redmen come into the bout with a 1-4 record after their 54-48 non-league loss to Washington County (Washington, KS).
