Pontiac Academy for Excellence Eagles (Pontiac, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Oakside Prep Academy (Waterford, MI), 89-18 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Pontiac Academy for Excellence upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Eagles travel to Notre Dame Prep (Pontiac, MI) to play the Fighting Irish in a non-league bout on Friday, December 15. The Fighting Irish go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Notre Dame Prep lost 59-58 in their recent non-league bout against Grosse Pointe South (Grosse Pointe, MI)

Next up, the play the Frankel Jewish Academy of Metro Detroit Jaguars (West Bloomfield, MI) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 5. Oakside Prep Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record.
