St. Amant Gators (St. Amant, LA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host West St. John Rams (Edgard, LA), 76-36 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, St. Amant upgrades its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Gators host Riverside Academy (Reserve, LA) to play the Rebels in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 14. The Rebels come into the bout with a record of 0-1. Riverside Academy lost 67-22 in their recent non-league bout against Parkview Baptist (Baton Rouge, LA)

Next up, the Rams play the Morris Jeff Pelicans (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 13. West St. John will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Pelicans come into the bout with a 2-5 record after their 58-42 non-league loss to Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy (Kenner, LA).
