The North Kingstown Skippers (North Kingstown, RI) basketball crushed the host Classical Purples (Providence, RI), 65-13 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Skippers (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Central (Providence, RI). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Central walloped Portsmouth (Portsmouth, RI), 67-59, in a non-league test.
The Purples now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host La Salle Academy for a non-league test on Monday, December 18. Classical will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 64-30 non-league win over Cumberland (Cumberland, RI). The Rams record now stands at 1-0.
