The Marie Philip Galloping Ghosts basketball team scored 30 points and held the visiting Varsity Opponent to 22 in the Galloping Ghosts league triumph on Tuesday.
The Galloping Ghosts now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Woodward for a Girls Independent - Division 2 contest on Thursday, December 14.
The (47-185) will now prepare for their contest against Twiggs Academy (Jeffersonville, GA). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Twiggs Academy was defeated by Thomas Jefferson Academy (Louisville, GA), 46-23, in a non-league contest.
