Nebraska High School Basketball - David City falls to Clarkson/Leigh

In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Clarkson/Leigh Patriots basketball team scored a good 54-39 triumph over the David City Scouts.

In their next game, the Patriots meet the West Point-Beemer Cadets (West Point, NE) in a non-league match, on Thursday, December 14. Clarkson/Leigh will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Cadets enter the match with a 1-4 record after their 50-42 non-league loss to Howells-Dodge (Howells, NE).

With the defeat, David City moves to 3-2 on the year. The Scouts travel to Lakeview (Columbus, NE) to meet the Vikings in a C1 District 5 match on Saturday, December 16. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 1-4. Lakeview won 26-23 in their recent non-league match against Logan View/Scribner-Snyder (Hooper, NE)
