The Green County Dragons basketball team (Greensburg, KY), was toppled 58-50 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Marion County Knights (Lebanon, KY)

The Knights now possess a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Taylor County for a District 20 battle on Friday, December 15. Marion County will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 50-32 league win over Adair County (Columbia, KY). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-1.

The Dragons (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Caverna (Horse Cave, KY). The Colonels come into the District 18 battle with a 2-4 record. In their last battle, Caverna was toppled by Larue County (Hodgenville, KY), 60-22, in a league battle.
