Rhode Island High School Basketball - Mt. Hope tipped by Smithfield

In Tuesday's league match, the host Smithfield Sentinels basketball team scored a tight 41-34 triumph over the Mt. Hope Huskies.

In their next game, the Sentinels meet the Tiverton Tigers (Tiverton, RI) in a Division 2 match, on Friday, December 15. Smithfield will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Tigers enter the match with a 0-2 record after their 49-37 league loss to Coventry (Coventry, RI).
