With the win, Wheatland upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Mules travel to Bakersfield (Bakersfield, MO) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 16. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 4-1.

Next up, the Pirates play the Hurley Tigers (Hurley, MO) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 14. Pleasant Hope will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 59-22 non-league loss to Marionville (Marionville, MO).
