In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Whitwell Tigers basketball team scored a decisive 45-17 triumph over the St. Andrews-Sewanee Mountain Lions.
In their next game, the Tigers meet the Lookout Valley Yellowjackets (Chattanooga, TN) in a non-league match, on Thursday, December 14. Whitwell will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the match with a 2-2 record after their 57-11 non-league loss to South Pittsburg (South Pittsburg, TN).
