Addenbrooke Classical Academy Mustangs (Lakewood, CO) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Loveland Classical Lions (Loveland, CO), 43-40 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Addenbrooke Classical Academy upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Belleview Christian (Westminster, CO) to play the Bruins in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 14. The Bruins come into the bout with a record of 3-0. Belleview Christian won 27-11 in their recent non-league bout against Fleming (Fleming, CO)

Next up, the Lions play the Rocky Mountain Lutheran Eagles (Denver, CO) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 11. Loveland Classical will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 33-20 non-league loss to Gilpin County (Black Hawk, CO).
