Alameda Hornets (Alameda, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Oakland Tech Bulldogs (Oakland, CA), 74-62 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Alameda upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Hornets host Bethel (Vallejo, CA) to clash with the Jaguars in a non-league bout on Friday, December 15. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Bethel lost 44-37 in their recent league bout against Hercules (Hercules, CA)

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the San Marin Mustangs (Novato, CA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 27. Oakland Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
