California High School Basketball - Monte Vista Christian knocked off by Live Oak

December 12, 2023: Watsonville, CA 95076

The Live Oak Acorns basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Monte Vista Christian Mustangs to 54 in the Acorns non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Acorns now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to James Lick for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15.

The Mustangs (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Stevenson (Pebble Beach, CA). The Pirates enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Stevenson was outscored by Salinas (Salinas, CA), 61-19, in a non-league contest.
