The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Apollo Eagles (St. Cloud, MN) and the host Little Falls Flyers (Little Falls, MN), observed Apollo's basketball team overwhelm Little Falls by a margin of 80-48.

The Eagles (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Fergus Falls (Fergus Falls, MN). The Otters come into the AAA Section 8 bout with a 2-1 record. In their last bout, Fergus Falls crushed Rocori (Cold Spring, MN), 66-54, in a league bout.

With the loss, Little Falls falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Flyers travel to Pequot Lakes (Pequot Lakes, MN) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 17. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Pequot Lakes won 72-33 in their recent league outing against Pillager (Pillager, MN)
