Cousino Patriots (Warren, MI) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Sterling Heights Stallions (Sterling Heights, MI), 66-49 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Cousino advances its record to 2-1 on the year. The Patriots travel to Richmond (Richmond, MI) to face the Blue Devils in a non-league match on Saturday, December 14. The Blue Devils enter the match with a record of 1-3. Richmond lost 45-32 in their recent league match against Yale (Yale, MI)

The Stallions now own a 0-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Center Line for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 17. Sterling Heights will face a Panthers squad coming off a 58-55 non-league win over De La Salle Collegiate (Warren, MI). The Panthers record now stands at 3-1.
