The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Fairdale Bulldogs (Fairdale, KY) and the visiting Waggener Wildcats (Louisville, KY), observed Fairdale's basketball team overwhelm Waggener by a score of 86-49.

The Bulldogs (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Valley (Louisville, KY). The Vikings come into the District 21 challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Valley was routed by Henry County (New Castle, KY), 70-41, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Wildcats encounter the Trinity Shamrocks (Louisville, KY) in a District 27 challenge, on Tuesday, December 17. Waggener will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record.
