In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Hydro-Eakly Bobcats basketball team scored a close 55-53 triumph over the Frederick Bombers.
The Bobcats (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Duke (Duke, OK). The Tigers go into the non-league contest with a 7-0 record. In their last contest, Duke nipped Lookeba-Sickles (Lookeba, OK), 88-44, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bombers confront the Lookeba-Sickles Panthers (Lookeba, OK) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 13. Frederick will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 1-5 record after their 46-43 non-league loss to Carnegie (Carnegie, OK).
