The Harmony Grove Cardinals basketball team scored 59 points and limited the host Mineral Springs Hornets to 50 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Cardinals now possess a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Baptist Prep for a 3A Region 5 game on Friday, December 13. Harmony Grove will confront a Eagles team coming off a 52-36 league win over Two Rivers (Ola, AR). The Eagles record now stands at 5-4.

With the loss, Mineral Springs falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Umpire (Umpire, AR) to confront the Wildcats in a 1A Region 7 game on Friday, December 13. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 2-14. Umpire lost 78-40 in their recent non-league game against Stephens (Stephens, AR)
