In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Mountain Home Bombers basketball team scored a good 71-62 triumph over the Ozark Catholic Academy Griffins.

The Bombers (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Shiloh Christian (Springdale, AR). The Saints go into the non-league contest with a 1-7 record. In their last contest, Shiloh Christian was topped by Little Rock Christian Academy (Little Rock, AR), 60-48, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Griffins battle the Alpena Leopards (Alpena, AR) in a 2A Region 1 contest, on Friday, December 13. Ozark Catholic Academy will attempt to better on its 13-4 season record. The Leopards go into the contest with a 2-10 record after their 66-42 non-league win over Deer (Deer, AR).
