The St. Croix Lutheran Crusaders (West St. Paul, MN) basketball crushed the visiting Providence Academy Lions (Plymouth, MN), 78-42 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Crusaders now possess a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Minnehaha Academy for a AA Section 4 bout on Wednesday, December 18. St. Croix Lutheran will play a Red Hawks team coming off a 79-59 non-league win over Holy Family Catholic (Victoria, MN). The Red Hawks record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Providence Academy falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Spectrum (Elk River, MN) to play the Sting in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 17. The Sting go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Spectrum won 83-30 in their recent non-league bout against Lakes International Language Academy (Forest Lake, MN)
