In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting University Prep Value Wolves basketball team scored a good 38-27 win over the Alliance Bloomfield Bulls.

The Wolves (8-0) will now prepare for their contest against Vaughn (San Fernando, CA). The White Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Vaughn defeated Fulton (Van Nuys, CA), 22-21, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Bulls battle the Academia Avance Guerreros Jaguares (Los Angeles, CA) in a Eastside contest, on Tuesday, January 7. Alliance Bloomfield will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record.
