Florida High School Basketball - Trenton sneaks past Buchholz

The Trenton Tigers (Trenton, FL) basketball edged the host Buchholz Bobcats (Gainesville, FL), 47-44 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Tigers now possess a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Bell for a Rural District 6 bout on Monday, December 16. Trenton will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 55-16 non-league loss to Lafayette (Mayo, FL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-4.

With the loss, Buchholz falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to West Port (Ocala, FL) to play the Wolf Pack in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 19. The Wolf Pack go into the bout with a record of 7-3. West Port won 44-20 in their recent non-league bout against Master's Academy (Oviedo, FL)
