The Tigers (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Gwynn Park (Brandywine, MD). The Yellowjackets come into the Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Gwynn Park prevailed over Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC), 62-41, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Hornets encounter the Bladensburg Mustangs (Bladensburg, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 13. Fairmont Heights will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 34-30 non-league win over Crossland (Temple Hills, MD).
