Minnesota High School Ice Hockey - Duluth East holds off Brainerd

In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Duluth East Greyhounds ice hockey team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Brainerd Warriors.
The Greyhounds (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Andover (Andover, MN). The Huskies go into the non-league contest with a 0-7 record. In their last contest, Andover was nipped by Wayzata (Plymouth, MN), 5-3, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Warriors play the Marshall Hilltoppers (Duluth, MN) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 17. Brainerd will attempt to better on its 0-7 season record. The Hilltoppers go into the contest with a 4-0 record after their 1-1 non-league Lourdes (Rochester, MN).
