The Alamogordo Tigers basketball squad (Alamogordo, NM), was nudged 55-50 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Carlsbad Cavemen/Cavegirls (Carlsbad, NM)
With the victory, Carlsbad advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Cavemen/Cavegirls travel to Santa Teresa (Santa Teresa, NM) to meet the Desert Warriors in a non-league battle on Saturday, December 14. The Desert Warriors enter the battle with a record of 1-0.
The Tigers now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Roswell for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 17. Alamogordo will meet a Coyotes squad coming off a 67-43 non-league win over Gateway Christian (Roswell, NM). The Coyotes record now stands at 2-0.
