The Spanish Springs Cougars basketball team scored 61 points and limited the visiting Churchill County Greenwave to 42 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Cougars now possess a 6-0 record. They play next when they host Fernley for a non-league game on Friday, December 13. Spanish Springs will confront a Vaqueros team coming off a 46-34 non-league loss to Bishop Manogue (Reno, NV). The Vaqueros record now stands at 0-3.
