The Jackson Academy Raiders soccer squad scored 12 points and held the visiting Copiah Academy Colonels to 0 in the Raiders non-league victory on Thursday.
The Raiders now hold a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Richland for a non-league bout on Friday, December 13. Jackson Academy will play a Rangers squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Hartfield Academy (Flowood, MS). The Rangers record now stands at 6-4.
With the loss, Copiah Academy moves to 0-1 on the year. The Colonels travel to Brookhaven Academy (Brookhaven, MS) to play the Cougars in a bout on Tuesday, January 7. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 6-3.
