Texas High School Basketball - Alief Taylor overwhelmed by Fort Bend Elkins

In Friday's non-league test, the Fort Bend Elkins Knights (Missouri City, TX) basketball squad trounced the visiting Alief Taylor Lions (Houston, TX), by a final score of 56-35.

Coming up next, the Knights play the George Ranch Longhorns (Richmond, TX) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 15. Fort Bend Elkins will attempt to move on its 8-7 season record. The Longhorns go into the bout with a 6-10 record after their 70-54 non-league loss to North Shore (Houston, TX).

With the loss, Alief Taylor falls to 10-4 on the campaign. The Lions host Freeman (Katy, TX) to encounter the Golden Eagles in a non-league test on Monday, December 15. The Golden Eagles come into the test with a record of 9-6. Freeman won 37-29 in their recent non-league test against Memorial (Houston, TX)
