Nebraska High School Basketball - Cambridge thwarts South Loup

The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Cambridge Trojans (Cambridge, NE) and the visiting South Loup (Arnold, NE), witnessed Cambridge's basketball squad prevail over South Loup by a count of 66-51.

With the victory, Cambridge advances its record to 2-2 on the year. The Trojans travel to Cozad (Cozad, NE) to meet the Haymakers in a non-league battle on Thursday, December 18. The Haymakers enter the battle with a record of 4-0. Cozad won 73-51 in their recent non-league battle against Holdrege (Holdrege, NE)

The now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they host Pleasanton for a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 13. South Loup will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 63-53 non-league loss to Shelton (Shelton, NE). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-1.
