The Franklin Pierce Cardinals (Tacoma, WA) basketball edged the host Clover Park Timberwolves (Lakewood, WA), 60-53 in Friday's league bout.

The Cardinals now possess a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Orting for a 2A South Puget Sound bout on Tuesday, December 16. Franklin Pierce will play a Cardinals team coming off a 50-37 league win over Steilacoom (Steilacoom, WA). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-2.
