The Donna North Chiefs basketball team scored 36 points and limited the host Juarez-Lincoln Huskies to 34 in the Chiefs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Chiefs now possess a 6-11 record. They play next when they travel to Laredo LBJ for a non-league game on Saturday, December 13. Donna North will confront a Wolves team coming off a 59-47 non-league loss to Palmview (La Joya, TX). The Wolves record now stands at 7-4.

The Huskies (2-10) will now prepare for their outing against Cigarroa (Laredo, TX). The Toros come into the 5A Region IV District 30 outing with a 6-12 record. In their last outing, Cigarroa was nipped by Holmes (San Antonio, TX), 50-36, in a non-league outing.
