In Friday's non-league contest, the host Lewis-Palmer Rangers basketball team scored a close 56-53 win over the Frederick Golden Eagles.

The Rangers (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Windsor (Windsor, CO). The Wizards come into the non-league contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Windsor tipped Mesa Ridge (Colorado Springs, CO), 63-61, in a non-league match.
