New Mexico High School Basketball - Manzano routs Gadsden

December 12, 2025: Albuquerque, NM 87112

In Friday's non-league contest, the host Manzano Monarchs basketball squad scored a decisive 65-39 victory over the Gadsden Panthers.

Coming up next, the Monarchs confront the Albuquerque Bulldogs (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league game, on Thursday, December 18. Manzano will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Bulldogs go into the game with a 4-4 record after their 42-36 non-league loss to Santa Fe Indian (Santa Fe, NM).

With the loss, Gadsden falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Panthers host Silver (Silver City, NM) to play the Fighting Colts in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 16. The Fighting Colts go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Silver lost 49-43 in their recent non-league bout against Bosque (Albuquerque, NM)
