The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Harper Longhorns (Harper, TX) and the visiting Poteet Aggies (Poteet, TX), observed Harper's basketball team overwhelm Poteet by a score of 56-20.
The Longhorns (7-6) will now prepare for their challenge against John F. Kennedy (San Antonio, TX). The Rockets come into the non-league challenge with a 2-9 record. In their last battle, John F. Kennedy was crushed by Somerset (Somerset, TX), 41-34, in a non-league battle.
The Aggies now own a 1-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Latexo for a non-league battle on Friday, December 12.
