The Maconaquah Braves basketball squad (Bunker Hill, IN), was nudged 45-41 in Friday's league battle with the host Wabash Apaches (Wabash, IN)

With the victory, Wabash advances its record to 1-3 on the year. The Apaches host Marion (Marion, IN) to meet the Giants in a non-league battle on Saturday, December 13. The Giants enter the battle with a record of 2-1. Marion lost 80-67 in their recent non-league battle against Hamilton Southeastern (Fishers, IN)

The Braves now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oak Hill for a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 13. Maconaquah will encounter a Golden Eagles team coming off a 64-38 non-league win over Norwell (Ossian, IN). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 3-0.
